Actor R Madhavan’s film Rocketry: The Nambi Effect is doing well at the box office. The film has done business of more than 3.5 crores world wide on the first Monday i.e. on the fourth day. Trade analysts expect the film’s business to see even more growth going forward. Because, the film is getting a good response from the fans and everyone is also praising it.
Earned Rs 3.5 crore on the fourth day
According to reports, ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’, made in a budget of Rs 60 crore, has earned Rs 3.5 crore on the fourth day. Earlier, the film did a business of 5.5 crores on the third day, 4.5 crores on the second day and Rs 4 crores on the first day.
Did business of 17 crores in 4 days
Accordingly, the film has so far made a world wide box office collection of more than Rs 17.5 crores in 4 days. At the same time, the film has done a business of about 4.65 crores in Hindi. Trade analysts believe that the film can do wonders at the box office like ‘The Kashmir Files’.
Aditya Roy Kapur’s ‘Om’ on the verge of sinking
However, Aditya Roy Kapur’s ‘Rashtra Kavach: Om’, which released on July 1 along with this film, seems to be a flop at the box office. There is a 50% drop in the business of the film as compared to the first day. According to reports, ‘Rashtra Kavach: Om’, made in a budget of Rs 35 crore, has earned only Rs 80 lakh on the fourth day from India.
The business of the film remained only 5 crores in 4 days
Earlier, the film had earned about 1.5 crores on the third day, 1.7 crores on the second day, 1.5 crores on the first day. Accordingly, the film has been able to do only a box office collection of Rs 5.5 crores in 4 days so far. According to trade analysts, this film will prove to be a flop.
Let us inform that Shah Rukh Khan and Suriya appeared in cameo roles in ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’, directed by R Madhavan. The film also stars Phyllis Logan, Vincent Riotta and Ron Donacchi in lead roles. Madhavan plays the role of Nambi Narayanan in the film. At the same time, apart from Aditya, Jackie Shroff, Ashutosh Rana and Prakash Raj are also in the lead role in ‘Rashtra Kavach: Om’, directed by Kapil Verma.
