Nalini Sriharan, an existence convict in the Rajiv Gandhi death case, prior sent an appeal to the Tamil Nadu home secretary, asking the legislature to think about her supplication for early discharge. Previous head administrator Rajiv Gandhi was killed the evening of 21 May, 1991, at Sriperumbudur in Tamil Nadu by a female suicide plane, distinguished as Dhanu, at a decision rally. Fourteen others, including Dhanu herself, were likewise executed.
