Yogi Adityanath achieves changing names places: Nalanda University one of the oldest universities in the world possessing more than 9 million books were destroyed by Bakhtiyar Khilji of the Khilji dynasty during the 11th Century. So much of knowledge and heritage, a proof of our centuries-old civilization was lost. However as of today if you want to visit Nalanda you will have to take a train to the city named after Bakhtiyar Khilji viz. Bakhtiyarpur. From there you can get a bus or cab to Nalanda.
Yogi Adityanath achieves changing names places –
So if tomorrow someone objects to the name of Bakhtiyarpur saying that the said guy destroyed one of our most prestigious institutions, would you further question what is his real intention etc.?
The intention behind renaming of cities is plain and simple to remove the scars which Islamic invasions caused in the last thousand years of our history. There is nothing Sanghi or communal about it. You won’t find any street or city named after Hitler in Germany because of the horrific deeds he committed during the Holocaust and the mass murders of Jews. It happens only in India that in the name of secularism and plurality we pass of mass murderers as heroes.
It’s a shame that we had Aurangzeb road or we still have the city named after him Aurangabad. He was a mass murderer of Hindus and other communities. If it is humane to condemn Anti-Muslim behavior it should be equally humane to condemn the anti-Hindu behavior.
