Man assaults 25 year old Mumbai lady films act: A 25-year-old lady has charged that she was undermined and assaulted by three unidentified people in Vashi close Mumbai. The episode happened on Sunday, following which the lady moved toward the police.

As per the lady, a man blamed for assaulting her was behind the assault. She had recorded an assault argument against the charged, Dharan Shah, at LT Marg police headquarters in Mumbai a week ago. 24-year-old Dharan Shah is the child of popular jewel vendor Hitesh Shah.
A case was documented based on the objection made by the lady under segment 376, 503 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The charged was sent to police authority.
The complainant had said that she had known the charged for as long as two years, and had assaulted her over and again in the wake of making bogus guarantees of marriage. He even recorded the demonstration and later extorted the lady. He took an entirety of Rs 4 lakh from the complainant.
Indeed, even after the lady gave him the cash, he moved toward her again looking for cash to subsidize his trek to Canada. When she communicated her powerlessness to give more cash, the denounced requesting that her get into a physical association with one of his companions, who might consequently support his Canada trip. Following this, she moved toward the police and enrolled a protest.
As per sources, the denounced perpetrated the wrongdoing at the luxurious Mafatlal Bath and Boat Club in Mumbai. Prominently, his dad Hitesh Shah is the secretary of the club.
The complainant has said that she is as yet getting danger messages while the group of the denounced has guaranteed that he is pure. The police is investigating the case.
