The country’s richest businessman Mukesh Ambani has gifted his right hand ie Manoj Modi a house for his long time loyalty and living together. This house is not one or two, but 22 storeys, which is on the most expensive area of Mumbai city i.e. Nepancy Road. The cost of this building is being said to be around 1500 crores.
Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), has gifted a 22-floor house at Nepean Sea Road to Manoj Modi. The name of this building is Christened Vrindavan which has been presented to Modi as a recognition of his dedication and hard work towards RIL. A source close to the family said that the bungalow named Vrindavan has cost around Rs 1,500 crore and that is why this Vrindavan is one of the most expensive residences in Mumbai. Each floor of this bungalow is 8,000 square feet and if we talk about this whole bungalow, it is more than 1.7 lakh square feet.
Furniture imported from Italy
Leighton India Contractors Private Limited is doing the work of making it, while its interior work has been done by Talati & Partners LLP. All the furniture that has been installed in this building has been imported from Italy. Not only this, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani themselves have chosen many things to add more belonging to this gift and have decorated this landmark residence.
How luxurious is the house?
Infinite swimming pool has been built on the terrace of Vrindavan which seems to resemble the Arabian Sea. There is a penthouse on the 19th and 21st floors of this building, where Modi will live with his family. On the 16th, 17th and 18th floors, her elder daughter Khushboo Poddar, her husband Rajiv Poddar and her in-laws Arvind and Vijayalakshmi Poddar will reside. The Poddar family runs Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT).
Apart from this, the 11th, 12th and 13th floors are the triple X for Modi’s younger daughter Bhakti Modi. Bhakti works closely with Isha Ambani at Reliance Retail. Modi’s office is on the 14th floor of this building. The 15th floor has an in-house medical and ICU set-up and a pooja room.

The 8th, 9th and 10th floors of the building are reserved for entertainment, with state-of-the-art sports facilities, party rooms, formal meeting areas, a spa and a theater with a capacity of 50 spectators. On the other hand, the first seven floors are reserved for parking.

According to the information, Manoj Modi will live with his family in this house. The most important thing about this house is that all the furniture in this house has been imported from Italy. There are many such furniture, which Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani have liked. There is also a provision of swimming pool in this building.
In this building, there will be a staff of about 175 people for the safety and care of the Modi family, which will include world class chef, butler and manager. If such big people live in this building, then such arrangements will have to be made for their safety as well. Sources said that hi-tech security system has been installed to keep this building safe and this system has been designed by an Israel-based company so that the Modi family is safe in any situation.
