Taj Mahal was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his Begum Mumtaz Mahal. You know about the Taj Mahal of white marble but have you ever heard of Black Taj Mahal?
Yes, there is another Taj Mahal along with white Taj Mahal in the world, whose color is black. Shah Jahan has also mentioned this Taj Mahal in his will. Today, we are going to tell you about the same Black Taj Mahal which remained only in Concept.
Why the Black Taj Mahal was not built
Let us tell you that the son of Shah Jahan himself, Aurangzeb had stopped this black Taj Mahal from being formed. According to the will of Shah Jahan, a fictional tomb of black marble stones known as Black Taj Mahal It is said that it was to be built right next to the existing Taj Mahal on the other side of Yamuna river of UP and Shahjahan had also told his wife Mumtaz that they would make their own tomb with them.
Aurangzeb showed finesse
The whole world knows that Aurangzeb was a very cruel ruler and his cruelty also ran on his father. He did not even fulfill his father’s last wish. On January 22, 1666, Shah Jahan asked the world to say goodbye. Now it was thought that where his dead body would be buried.
According to Mami’s book, Shah Jahan had written in his wish that he should be buried in Mehtab Bagh behind Taj Mahal. According to this, Aurangzeb had to build another big building behind the Taj Mahal and also to keep in mind that this black Taj Mahal was not less than white Taj Mahal in any form. It was very difficult for Aurangzeb and he did not want to do anything for his father.
The treasure was over
Aurangzeb had fought many wars during this time due to which the royal treasure had become empty and he did not build a tomb to avoid the will of the will and nor did he have a treasure for it. Aurangzeb, while referring to Islamic laws, took the opinion of the royal objections that if a father makes such a will, then should he believe if Islam is not right in the light?
Then the scholars said the will of the will, and Aurangzeb argued that his wife was in love with his mother, ie Mumtaz Mahal, so he should bury them with them.
Thus, due to Aurangzeb’s manipulation, black Taj Mahal could not be found. If made, perhaps the beauty of the Taj Mahal, made of white marble, would also increase and it would be more famous in the world.
